GREATER SEATTLE
AREAA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering the Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities. Since 2010, the Foundation has partnered with like-minded individuals, organizations, and companies to provide AANHPI communities with homeownership assistance through grants, veterans' housing, and disaster aid.
The AREAA Greater Seattle Chapter proudly supports the Foundation's mission — working locally to expand access to housing, uplift our community, and create lasting impact for AANHPI families across the greater Seattle region.

Flood Relief Assistance for Washington State & Hawaii
Applications Open Through
Were you or someone you know impacted by the 2025 floods in Washington State or Hawaii? The AREAA Foundation is accepting applications for disaster-relief assistance for eligible individuals and families affected by the floods. Assistance may help address flood-related property damage, temporary displacement, emergency expenses, loss of personal belongings, and other recovery needs.
Funding is limited and will be distributed based on eligibility requirements and available program funds.
This assistance may help those experiencing:
- Home or property damage
- Loss of personal belongings
- Financial hardship or emergency expenses
- Temporary displacement or housing instability
- Other eligible flood-related recovery costs
