Our Mission
The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering the Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities through its initiatives. Since 2010, the AREAA Foundation has partnered with like-minded individuals, organizations, and companies to provide AANHPI’s with homeownership assistance through grants, veteran’s housing, and disaster aid. This is the legacy we wish to leave: to support and grow life changing opportunities that empower the AANHPI community and beyond.

Greater Seattle First Time Homebuyer Grant
Expanding access to homeownership
The AREAA Foundation’s Down Payment Assistance Program helps eligible low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers overcome one of the biggest barriers to homeownership.
Qualified recipients may receive up to $10,000 toward down payment and/or closing costs, delivered directly to escrow. This is a grant and does not need to be repaid.
Your support helps families overcome a key barrier to homeownership and gain greater housing stability.
General Donation
Empowering impact where it’s needed most
General donations allow the AREAA Foundation to respond to emerging needs, sustain ongoing programs, and invest in initiatives that align with its charitable mission — including homeownership assistance, veteran housing, and disaster aid.
No gift is too small. Every little bit helps strengthen communities and expand opportunity.
Rebuilding Hope: AREAA Washington State Flood Relief Fund
AREAA expresses solidarity and support for people affected by the recent historic flooding in Western Washington. In collaboration with the AREAA Greater Seattle Chapter and the AREAA Foundation, we invite you to help support families impacted by the 2025 Washington floods.
Your donation goes directly toward relief, recovery, and rebuilding efforts for flood victims across Washington.
Together, we can restore homes, rebuild communities, and bring hope where it’s needed most.
